Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut
  • 8-10 oz deli corned beef, shredded / chopped
  • 4 tbsp thousand island dressing
  • rye cocktail bread (for dipping)
Instructions
  1. add cream cheese to the bottom of your slow cooker
  2. cover with sauerkraut, then corned beef
  3. sprinkle Swiss over meat, then top with dressing
  4. cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until melted
  5. stir to blend thoroughly and serve with toasted cocktail rye slices
