Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut
- 8-10 oz deli corned beef, shredded / chopped
- 4 tbsp thousand island dressing
- rye cocktail bread (for dipping)
Instructions
- add cream cheese to the bottom of your slow cooker
- cover with sauerkraut, then corned beef
- sprinkle Swiss over meat, then top with dressing
- cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until melted
- stir to blend thoroughly and serve with toasted cocktail rye slices
